CarrAmerica leases 177,000 square feet in Redmond

Bothell is also losing a corporate tenant, as Microvision Inc. (NASDAQ: MVIS - News) is moving to CarrAmerica's Redmond East Business Campus. The technology company, which designs high-resolution displays and imaging systems, has leased about 67,000 square feet in Redmond East's buildings 18 and 19, Casper said.

Microvision will build out the space to suit its needs before moving in during the first quarter of next year, he said.
