MVIS CEO Takes Entire 2018 Bonus as MVIS Shares

MVIS CEO Perry Mulligan acquires a net of 237,039 shares of MVIS at $0.7329 each in lieu of cash payment for his 2018 bonus. Mr. Mulligan now has 722,207 MVIS shares beneficially owned.

The MVIS Board of Directors also each took 27,239 shares at $0.7329 in lieu of the cash payment for their service as Independent Directors.
