Microvision prices offering of about 10.8 mln shrs at $2.21/shr

May 31 (Reuters) - Microvision Inc. (MVIS.O: Quote, Profile, Research) on Wednesday priced its public offering of about 10.8 million shares and warrants at $2.21 per share and $0.125 per accompanying warrant, before underwriting discounts and commissions.

The developer of high-resolution display and imaging systems expects to raise gross proceeds of about $25.1 million from the offering, it said in statement. (Reporting by Anup Roy in Bangalore)
