MicroVision Retains Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC as Financial Advisor

REDMOND, Wash.April 06, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- MicroVision, Inc. (NASDAQ:MVIS), a leader in innovative ultra-miniature projection display and sensing technology, today announced it has retained investment banking firm Craig-Hallum Capital Group LLC to serve as its financial advisor as it explores various licensing and other strategic alternatives, including a potential sale or merger of the company.
“As we reported on March 11, we are actively engaged with multiple interested parties to evaluate various opportunities to license our IP as well as other strategic alternatives. We have retained Craig-Hallum to advise us as we continue these efforts to maximize shareholder value,” said Sumit Sharma, MicroVision Chief Executive Officer.
